At Naazique Accessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return Policy on earrings and other personal-use jewellery items. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or replaced unless it is found defective upon arrival. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new and untouched product.
We do offer an Exchange Policy to make your shopping experience more flexible. If you wish to exchange a product due to size, design, or preference, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. A nominal ₹60 exchange fee applies to cover reshipping and handling costs. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Exchanges are allowed only within the same category (for example, earrings can only be exchanged for earrings).
Please note that items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for exchange. Naazique Accessories reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned item fails to meet our quality standards.

At Naazique Accessories, every product is crafted and packed with attention and care. However, if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, we do offer a refund under specific conditions.
Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products, and to ensure fairness, customers must provide video proof taken while unboxing the package. This helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse of the policy. Without proper unboxing proof, refund requests cannot be processed.
Once your refund request and video are verified, our quality assurance team will review the case. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Please note that refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or wrong selection, as we ensure accurate product descriptions and images on our website.
